Concrete Versioning BV 25800
BV 25800 is a solvent-free, one-component, sodium silicate-based sealant. It protects and strengthens concrete, masonry, joints, and other mineral substrates through its strong penetration and long-lasting waterproofing properties. Ideal for construction and industrial applications.

- Color: Transparent to slightly yellowish
- Viscosity (at 20 °C): 120 ± 20 mPas
- Density (at 20 °C): 1.35 ± 0.05 g/cm³
- pH value: approx. 11.4
- Drying time: 4–8 hours (depending on the environment)
- Paint possible after: approx. 24 hours
- Area consumption: approx. 0.100–0.300 liters/m²*
- Processing temperature: min. +5 °C to max. +35 °C
- Maximum humidity: 85% RH
- Shelf life: 9 months (in unopened container)
