Inorganic surface glue AFL 25861

AFL 25861 is a versatile, inorganic surface adhesive for coating and bonding substrates with veneers, fleece, or HPL. Ideal for decorative composite elements in the construction, marine, and rail vehicle industries.

    • Curing in air – accelerated by moderate temperature increase

  • Recommended process conditions

    • Consumption (surface bonding): 100–200 g/m²
    • Open time (20 °C, non-absorbent): 10–20 minutes
    • Pressing pressure: 0.7–1 N/mm²
    • Pressing time at 50 °C (veneer bonding): 10–15 minutes
    • Pressing time at 80–120 °C (veneer bonding): approx. 5 minutes
